Is the discovery call a sales pitch?
No. It's a genuine working conversation — 30 minutes — where we look at how work gets done in your context today and where AI could realistically create impact. If there's a clear way to help, we'll say so. If there isn't, we'll say that too. Nothing to buy on the call.
How are you different from a Big 4 firm?
Two big differences. First, we deliver — we don't just write strategy decks. We design, build and ship AI-enabled workflows in live environments. Second, you get senior practitioners doing the work. No partner sale followed by junior delivery. The person you meet is the person delivering.
Is this just HR transformation, or broader?
Broader. Our flagship work is AI-enabled transformation of how work gets done — wherever the highest-value workflows live in your business. Our team has deep HR and workforce credibility because that's where we've operated, and many engagements touch People functions. But the unit of work is "a workflow that creates value when AI changes it" — that can be in operations, customer service, finance, procurement, sales enablement, or HR.
What does a Stage 1 diagnostic actually involve?
A 4–6 week engagement that maps your workflows, data and operating-model readiness at the task level. We identify the highest-value AI use cases for your specific context, build the business case, and deliver a costed roadmap for Stage 2. From £8,000, scoped by organisation size and complexity.
Do you build the AI yourselves or partner with vendors?
Both, depending on what's right. We layer AI capabilities into the platforms you already pay for where that's the fastest path. Where bespoke is needed, we build — including custom AI agents and workflow orchestration. We're tooling-agnostic; the right tool is whatever delivers measurable impact fastest.
What happens to data and IP?
Your data stays yours. Your IP stays yours. All engagements are governed by an NDA before discovery starts, and any AI workflows we build run on your infrastructure and your data — not ours.
Are we a fit for what you do?
Most likely yes if you're a mid-market to large-enterprise organisation with active C-suite sponsorship and you'd rather have a working AI workflow in 12 weeks than a polished strategy in 12 months. We've written this up in more detail on our
Who we work with page — including what makes engagements work and where we're probably not the right fit.
We're not sure if we're ready — should we still book?
Yes. The call is specifically designed for organisations still working out where to start. That's the most common position — and the most important moment to get clarity. You don't need a programme already underway to have a useful conversation.
